Hey, 2010 is here!!
Okay, so I haven't been doing a very good job of updating the website. After the adventure racing season was over... it was time to take a break from both adventure racing and keeping up on the website. Now it's time to get back into things. We are kicking our training into gear, and I plan on keeping this site a little more up to date. Please keep checking back, and sending me any suggestions or info that you have.

The Panama Experience
Sunday was the beginning of the Panama Winter Series put on by Angry Cow Adventures with the Panama Trail Run. It was a great day of running and snowshoeing in some deep snow. Either way was a pretty good workout. It's always fun to see this group of people doing these crazy events.
Next up in the series is the Panama Adventure Race. This should be another good time, and a great practice sprint race for the upcoming adventure racing series.
Then in March will be the Panama Enduro MTB Race to end the Panama Series. This should be some good gravel grinding.
Besides the Panama series, Jim Craig is also organizing several other races and training events. Check them out, I promise you will have a great time.
